### Schedule meeting <a href="#h_e49dc0402f" id="h_e49dc0402f"></a>

The scheduled meeting is works the same as before. It allows you to pick a date and time, and fill in all the guest information that's required. After you click on 'schedule meeting' the guest(s) will receive an email confirmation of the meeting with all the details on how to join.

&#x20;

### Instant meeting <a href="#h_4b3cead8d1" id="h_4b3cead8d1"></a>

The instant meeting allows you to create a meeting on the spot without having to fill in al kinds on information about the guest. This allows you to quickly jump on a video call if necessary.

Once you've selected the type of meeting you wish to create an instant meeting for you, the meeting is created. **The guests do not receive an automatic email confirmation after creating this meeting.**

Instead you'll have the option to choose how you would like to share this meeting with your guest. You can either copy and share the link, fill-in their email adres, only then will they receive an email confirmation of the appointment. Or you could share the meeting via SMS\*.

You as a user can either join directly after creating the meeting, or join via your meeting overview.

&#x20;
