# Language settings

24sessions now supports three languages, English, Dutch and French. The 24sessions environment is automatically displayed in the same language as your browser. If you want to change the language, you can easily do so by simply clicking on the flag at the top right corner. It can be found on every page within 24sessions.

#### What does that mean for the customer?

As soon as the customer enters the conversation, this environment is automatically displayed in the same language as their browser. The customer also has the option to manually adjust the language by clicking on the flag at the top right corner.

Once the customer has successfully entered the conversation, they can no longer change languages.

This update does not apply to the communication sent from 24sessions or any CRM integration such as email confirmations.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bird.com/24sessions/product/language-settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
