Collaboration actions allow you to manage Inbox conversations and team collaboration in MessageBird.
You can assign conversations to agents or teams, add tags and comments, get sender profiles, and update the status of feed items. These actions can be used to improve the organization and efficiency of team communication and collaboration within the Inbox platform.
Add Tags to a conversation in Inbox
