How to get started with campaigns.

Campaigns let you send one-time messages to your audience across channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or In-App. Let’s walk through how to get started.

Explore the Campaigns Dashboard

Navigate to Campaigns from the sidebar: Marketing > Campaigns

Here, you'll see a list of your previously sent campaigns, along with key metrics:

• Recipients

• Open rate

• Click rate

• And more

Use the search bar or filter options to quickly find a specific campaign. You can filter by type (email, sms, whatsapp, push), tags, recipients and date.

Toggle between Sent, Draft, and All using the tabs at the top.

Click on any campaign to dive deeper into performance, and then selecting reports or campaign details.
