Quick reply message templates

Quick reply Apple Message templates provide your customers with up to five options that they can use to reply to you.

Message components

Summary

When you create a quick reply message template, you'll need to provide 'Summary' text. This isn't a replacement for message body text. Instead, it's shown in the message notification, and once a recipient has made a selection.

Items

You can add up to five items to a quick reply message template for Apple Messages.

Items are options that your customers can select to quickly reply to your message.

For example, if you want to collect feedback from your customers on how they feel about a service you've provided, you might provide them with the following two 'items' to choose from:

  • Like 👍

  • Dislike 👎

How to make a quick reply message template

  1. During the template setup, choose Quick reply.

  2. From the editor, open the Apple Quick reply block.

  3. In the 'Summary' field, enter the summary text.

  4. Under 'Items', enter the quick reply options you want your customers to be able to choose from.

  5. To add more items, click Add +.

  6. Once your template is ready, click Publish to make it available to use.
