Refund a Payment

In this article, you'll learn how to refund a payment in Bird Pay.

A payment can be refunded only if its status is Succeeded or Paid. You can read more about Payments here.

1. Navigate to Payments and search for the transaction you want to refund.

1. Under more options, click Refund.

2. Enter the amount you want to refund. It can be a full/partial refund.

1. Click Refund transaction and that's it.

Refund once initiated, cannot be cancelled/reversed.
