How to customize the Omnichannel Widget

You can fully customize the Omnichannel Widget to make it your own.

There are four ways in which you can customize your widget:

  1. Appearance

  2. Automation

  3. Channels

  4. Location in Inbox Settings

We are working on enabling more and more customizations to the Omnichannel Widget soon.
