# Send live updates and notifications via SMS

In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up sending dynamic personalized messages to your contacts and patients, ensuring timely and proactive delivery of information. 

What you'll need:

* Content of the message you'd like to send
* The time and date you want it to be sent (in case you'd like to schedule it for later)
* A list of contacts you'd like to send updates to - in form of a CSV file, including their phone numbers.
