# Do you offer post-pay contracts?

MessageBird offers a [prepaid account](https://docs.bird.com/connectivity-platform/payment-billing/prepaid-account-billing) billing model, so we need a payment to top up your balance before you can send out messages, make voice calls, use numbers, etc.
