**Description**

v1.24 introduces the ability to integrate the MessageBird conversations component into the Salesforce Cases object in Service Cloud. You can now have two-way conversations with contacts without leaving Case.&#x20;

**Components**

v1.24 includes the following new key components:

1. Flows: We have added two new flows that are used to create a case from the conversation and archive the conversation when a case is closed
