# I did not receive my account activation email

Immediately after creating a new MessageBird account, we send an activation email to your inbox that you need to activate to proceed using your account.

You'll be able to find this in your email inbox under this title: 'One last baby step and you’re good to go!' within a few minutes of creating an account with us. This activation email is sent to the email address you've registered for an account with us.
