# Where can I find my MessageBird Workspace ID?

When submitting a ticket to our Support team, we'll ask for your Workspace ID. This will allow us to easily locate the correct workspace to help you with your questions. 

 

The MessageBird Workspace ID can be found in your [workspace overview.](https://dashboard.messagebird.com/en/account/workspaces) Here you'll see a list of your workspaces, with the workspace ID.
