# How to transfer a call to an agent, group or external phone number?

With Toky, you can easily transfer calls to the any agent, group or external phone number, according to your needs.

When an agent answers a call, the dialer enables new options, including the **Transfer** button.

* Click on the **Transfer** button and Toky will open the transfer panel
* Make a warm transfer clicking on **Talk First** and a **Blind transfer** clicking on **Transfer Now.**
* Click on the **Agents** tab if you want to transfer the call to one of your colleagues, on the **Groups** tab if you want to transfer the call to any of the agent's group configured in Toky or click on **Contacts** tab if you want to transfer the call to an external phone number.
* Click on the **Transfer icon** to forward the call.

In the **Contacts** list you will see the those contacts from Toky's phone directory, [enabled for transfer](https://tokyapp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402287321361-How-to-enable-an-external-contact-or-phone-number-for-call-transfer-); you can also enter a phone number and click on the **Transfer icon** to forward the call.
