View campaign reports

Learn how to analyze the performance of a campaign.

Once a campaign has been sent, you will be able to access the campaign report. Campaign reports vary by channel, and help you to understand how your campaign has performed.

Learn about the definitions of the following metrics in our guide.

Find a report for a campaign

You can view your campaign reports in three different ways:

1. From the Marketing Dashboard

Navigate to Marketing → Dashboard.

Scroll down to the Top Performing Campaigns section. Here you’ll find a quick overview of your campaign performance.

You can also:

  • Filter the data by channel, and platform (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp), and time range.

  • See visual breakdowns under Platform performance (bar charts by channel and date).

  • View your top-performing campaigns in the table below, which gives you a high-level snapshot of recent activity.

This view is ideal for monitoring trends and comparing results across multiple campaigns.

2. From the Campaigns Page

If you’d like to view the report for a specific campaign, go to Marketing → Campaigns. In the campaign list:

  1. Locate the campaign you want to review.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋯) at the right end of the campaign row.

  3. Select View Report.

This method is best for reviewing one campaign at a time in depth.

3. From the Analytics Section

For a more comprehensive overview, go to Marketing → Analytics → Standard Dashboards. From here:

  • Click on the Campaign Performance tab.

  • You’ll see line and bar charts showing Campaigns over time, Campaign Delivery, and Engagement metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions.

  • You can filter results by channel, platform, date range, and performance type (e.g., best performing campaigns, campaigns by channel).

This dashboard gives you both a visual and numerical summary of campaign effectiveness across all your messaging platforms.
