Create an image Apple Messages template

Image message templates allow you to enrich your communication with customers by including images alongside text. These templates support variables, enabling personalized messages.

Message components

Text Field

The text field lets you add a descriptive or accompanying message to the image you're sending. This text supports variables for personalization.

Image Field

Here, you upload the image you want to send. Ensure the image is of high quality and relevant to the message you're communicating.

How to make an image message template

1. Go to Content > Message templates.

2. Click Create message template.

3. Under 'Platform', select Apple Messages.

4. Select Image as the 'Message type'.

5. Enter your message in the text field and use variables for personalization.

6. Upload the image you wish to send in the image field.

7. Preview your template to ensure the text and image align with your message's intent.

8. Click Publish to make your image message template available for use.
