What is a partner account

Partner accounts are usually used by agencies to manage multiple clients accounts, from one central Taxi account. The clients sub-accounts can be accessed via a Partner Dashboard. This means that all the clients have separate accounts, and members of the team at the agency can access the accounts they manage.

How to access the Partner Dashboard:

1. On the bottom left of your Taxi screen select the Partner Dashboard icon

2. You will then see the list of client accounts linked to your account
