What is an Email Design System Guide

An Email Design System Guide is an option in Taxi where you can upload a PDF guide to your Email Design System. By uploading a PDF guide to your Email Design System, it enables the people creating your emails to reference it when wanting to view all modules that sit within your Email Design System and any other information you want to be available. This can be found when uploading an Email Design System, on the Email Design System page and in the editor.

To upload an Email Design System Guide:

1. Head to Email Design Systems tab

2. If you are uploading a new Email Design Systems select 'Add New'

3. Upload or paste in your HTML and continue. You will see the option to 'Set Email Design System owner & Guide'

4. Select this and you will see the options to upload a PDF guide or Paste guide URL link If you have multiple guides you can add a link and this can link to all the documents.

5. Click 'Save & Finish'

To add a guide to an existing Email Design System:

1. Head to Email Design Systems tab

2. Open an Email Design System

3. On the Email Design System Overview page select 'Actions' and select 'Change Owner & Guide'

4. Select this and you will see the options to upload a PDF guide or Paste guide URL link

5. Select Save & Finish

To view your Email Design System:

You can view your Email Design System

• On the Email Design System overview page by clicking on PDF icon

• In the editor by selecting Help and selecting Guide
