# Building an emergency Contact Center

In this guide, you’ll learn how to get onboarded with [Inbox](https://inbox.messagebird.com/) in 60 seconds and create a Contact Center where you can immediately handle inquiries from contacts and patients across multiple channels.

First things first, make sure to read [this article](/connectivity-platform/inbox-basics/inbox-onboarding-guide.md) to find out how to get set up with Inbox.&#x20;

Once you've added your agents and channels, make sure to share the email address, phone numbers, and links with your contacts, so they can reach out to you. Want to set up SMS and Voice for free? [Let us know](https://support.messagebird.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and we'll get you a free phone number in your country of choice.<br>

Given the number of incoming inquiries you get from customers, you might want to think about automating parts of your workflow:

* Read this article to learn more about Sending Live Updates and notifications via SMS.
* Check out this tutorial on [Activating FAQ bots](/connectivity-platform/inbox-for-good/activate-faq-bots.md).
* Set up Interactive Phone Menus to answer questions automatically over the phone, before forwarding the calls to your live agents.
