Email notifications for Inbox tickets

Set up email notifications for every incoming ticket so that you and your agents never miss a message.

  1. Go to the automations page in your Inbox settings

  2. Under Email notification, enter the email address(es) that you want email notifications to be sent to

  3. Click Save and publish to set email notifications live!

NOTE: Email notifications will only be sent for new tickets, not for every new message that you receive.
