Create Follow-up actions in Inbox

Once you’ve resolved a customer’s ticket, you can choose to send a follow-up message to collect feedback.
  1. 1.
    Go to the automations page in your Inbox settings
  2. 2.
    Under Follow up actions, enter your follow-up message in the open text field
  3. 3.
    Click Save and publish to start sending a follow-up message once a ticket has been resolved!
