Report functionality

What is it?

The reporting functionality in 24sessions provides insight into meeting data of upcoming or past meetings.

Use the date range field to filter on the date you want to view or export.

There are three different ways to view and export the data:

  1. Overview*: you can quickly see a visual overview in bar charts of the held meetings, planned meetings, review scores and duration of meetings.

  2. Meetings: on this tab you can get insight into all the individual meetings. Click on “select columns to show them in this report” to specify the data you want to see in your report.

  3. Users*: this tab allows you to gain a clear overview of how many meetings team members have held. It also shows their average review score.

*On the Overview and Users tab, only meetings > 5 minutes are taken into account and test meetings are excluded. You can export all data to CSV by clicking on ‘Export to CSV’ on the right top corner.

  • Who can see this data?

    • This depends on the role of the user:

      • Regular user: only data of themselves

      • Group operator: data from users in the group they’re operator in

      • Global operator: data from all users

      • Group manager: data from users in the group they’re manager in

      • Global manager: data from all users

      • Admin: data from all users

  • Can this data be automatically sent to our own data visualisation tool?

    • Yes, 24sessions offers the opportunity to get realtime data insights via our data API connection. For more information about the possibilities, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
