# Custom domain functionality

### **What is it?** <a href="#h_dcfb65b610" id="h_dcfb65b610"></a>

By setting up a custom domain, the 24sessions product and video calls will be hosted on the domain you choose, instead of on 24sessions.com

*For example:* videocalling.company-abc.com instead of company-abc.24sessions.com

By default 24sessions calls are hosted on a \[.24sessions.com] URL. However, when guests interact with your organisation via video, it might be confusing to see \[.24sessions.com] in the domain, and some guests might even consider it a phishing attempt.

&#x20;

A custom domain for video calls will result in a more tailored experience for a guest, without any reference to 24sessions.

There are two options for setting up a custom domain:

1. Setting up a custom domain for all your meeting types
2. Setting up different custom domains for all your meeting types

&#x20;
