Custom Dashboards

Custom Dashboards let you bring together the metrics, charts, and filters that matter most to your team — all in one place. Whether you want to track campaign performance, or monitor message interaction behavior, dashboards make it easy to visualize data in real time and share insights across your organization.

Create a New Dashboard

  • Navigate to Marketing > Analytics > Custom Dashboards from the main navigation bar.

  • Click Create Dashboard in the top right corner.

  • Give your dashboard a Name and (optionally) a Description to help others understand its purpose.

  • Click Create to start building.

Create a section

You can create different sections within a page as headers to organize your dashboard

  • Click on the + icon

  • Give name to the section

Create a widget

Once you create a section you can add a widget to it

  • Click on Add widget

  • Select a data model

    • Messaging Metrics: Here you will find your message performance metrics such as delivery, opens, clicks etc.

    • Web Metrics: Here you will find website metrics like visits, form submits etc.

  • Once you have selected a data model you can select one or more dimensions and metrics. You need to select at least one of each for most the charts.

    • Dimensions: These are properties you will be aggregating the metrics on

    • Metrics: These are your numerical metrics data

  • Give your chart a name

  • Select its width based on how much it should cover the page

  • Select a chart type. You can select multiple chart types in some cases where you can add a chart switcher on the chart

    • KPI

    • Table

    • Pie Chart

    • Bar Chart

    • Line Chart

    • Funnel

  • You can also select any filters to apply on your data.

  • Once you have selected all the options, you can click on Run to get a preview of your chart

  • You can then click on Save widget to add the widget and click on Save to save your dashboard

  • You can always click on Edit to make any updates to your widgets, sections or dashboard.

  • You can also clone your widgets to create new ones.
