Find and install a channel

Whether you know which channel you’d like to explore, or you want to discover new ways to communicate with your customers, discovering and installing a channel is easy.

Find and install a channel

Follow these steps to discover and install a channel:

  • Go to Settings > Workspace> Connectivity > Channels

  • You will see the library of all channels available. Note that only Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and Push are supported for Marketing.

  • Click the Channel card to start installing

Click on a channel to view its overview page, where you'll find detailed information about what the channel does and how you can use it, including:

  • The channel's purpose and functionality.

  • Any specific requirements needed for installation (such as a Facebook Business account for WhatsApp).

  • Inbound and/or outbound messaging capabilities, including message types and structured message options.

  • Channel-specific documentation, pricing information, and Privacy Policies.

  • Once you're ready to install the channel, simply click the Install button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  • Follow the installation instructions provided for the specific channel to complete the process.

Install additional instances of a channel

To install more than one instance of a channel, such as an additional WhatsApp number, or another Facebook Messenger channel, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Workspace> Connectivity > Channels

  • You will see the library of all channels available.

  • Click the Channel card to view the channel page

  • Click the Install button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Follow the specific installation instructions for the channel you want to install.
