View information about an installed channel

If you've installed a channel and want to view its details or make changes to it, such as updating its configuration or removing it from Bird, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Workspace> Connectivity > Channels

  • You will see the library of all channels available.

  • Click the Channel card to view the channel page

Click the installed channel that you want to view.

On the next page, you can find the following information about every installed channel instance:

  • The name of each channel instance.

  • The channel ID of each channel instance.

  • The status of each channel instance, such as active or pending.

  • The creation date of the channel.
