Find and install a channel
Whether you know which channel you’d like to explore, or you want to discover new ways to communicate with your customers, discovering and installing a channel is easy.
Find and install a channel
Follow these steps to discover and install a channel:
Click on your name in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Settings.
Click the Channels tab at the top of your screen to view the channels library.
Click on a channel to view its overview page, where you'll find detailed information about what the channel does and how you can use it, including:
The channel's purpose and functionality.
Any specific requirements needed for installation (such as a Facebook Business account for WhatsApp).
Inbound and/or outbound messaging capabilities, including message types and structured message options.
Channel-specific documentation, pricing information, and Privacy Policies.
Once you're ready to install the channel, simply click the Install channel button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Follow the installation instructions provided for the specific channel to complete the process.
Install additional instances of a channel
To install more than one instance of a channel, such as an additional WhatsApp number, or another Facebook Messenger channel, follow these steps:
Click on your name in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Settings.
Click the Channels tab at the top of your screen to view the channels library.
Click on an installed channel.
Click the Add new channel button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Follow the specific installation instructions for the channel you want to install.
