How Can I Configure Usage Summaries?

It is possible to subscribe to usage summaries to understand activity across all of your Channels apps. Weekly and daily summaries are available in three formats: Email, slack integration or webhooks.

Summaries can be configured using the below instructions.

1. Log in to the Dashboard

2. Click the Manage in the Channels section

3. Select the Settings tab

4. Click the Usage Summaries section

5. Select Add Summary for the summary you wish to configure

6. Enter the necessary details on the pop up and click Add summary to save

   1. You can use Send test to test the notification
