# Reporting Bugs and Technical Issues

To help us diagnose and fix your issue as soon as we possibly can we need as much information from you about the problem you're seeing. Please include as much detail as you can, including ideally:

* Your Channels app ID.
* Any error codes or messages that you're seeing in the console.
* Which Pusher server and client libraries you're using, and what versions of them that you're using.
* If it's specific bit of code that's causing problems, please include it in the ticket.
* A timeframe for when the issue started happening.

Giving us this information helps us debug and solve your issue easily and quicker.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bird.com/pusher/channels/channels/troubleshooting/reporting-bugs-and-technical-issues.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
