How to set up MFA using the Authenticator app?

As detailed in the SCA, MFA using the Authenticator app is mandatory for using Bird Pay; any user must start setting up MFA first before signing into Bird Pay.

Here is the step-by-step guide to enable TFA using Authenticator

1. Login to BirdCRM

2. Click on your profile at the bottom left and click on User Settings

1. Under Settings, go to User -> Profile and then scroll down to Multi-factor Authentication

1. Click on the three dots next to Authenticator and select Set Authenticator

1. It prompts you to scan the QR code using any authenticator app and click Continue

1. Enter the 6-digit code generated on your Authenticator App

1. Authenticator is now set up. Navigate back to Authenticator and Set as primary
