Create a flow

Prerequisites

Before you get started with Flows, you will need to verify your business, complete the display name review process and maintain a high message quality.

Create your first flow

1. In the WhatsApp Manager of your WhatsApp Business Account, select Account tools on the left-side menu and then click Flows.

2. On the top right of the page, click the button titled Create Flow

3. A new screen will open where you can enter some details about your Flow

   • Give the flow a meaningful name

   • Select the categories that the flow relates to

   • Select without endpoint for flows that will not call an endpoint, or with an endpoint for flows that will use a backend API to exchange data with the flow

4. Once you have created a flow you will then have to define the JSON to build your user experience. You can find the flow JSON overview here and then a list of all available components here
