# You're experiencing a bad internet connection

If you are experiencing a bad internet connection, a meeting can start stuttering or maybe the video of the guest becomes out of sync with what they are saying. There is a simple solution you can try to follow the instruction below.

**Please try to refresh the meeting via the arrow button at the bottom of the page.** Make sure both you and the guest refresh the meeting. This should solve the problem in most cases
