# Dial-in

Is the guest having some issues with their microphone or speakers? Or are they not able to get into the meeting at all? Then you can use the dial-in feature!

This is the fallback option when the guest cannot enter the call, when the connection is suddenly interrupted or when the guest or user has problems with their audio. You can access the feature in the bottom left of the meeting room, clicking the Audio by phone call button.

With the dial-in option, the **guest** can **dial in** **independently** of the user in the call. This can be done by one or more guests in the conversation. In this case, the user no longer needs to dial in. The video and audio of the user and any other guests remain visible and audible to the participants who dial in to this conversation.
