Adding or deleting agents from Toky

Before beginning, please be sure that:\

  • You should have Admin or SuperAdmin profile Type access.

  • You cannot create multiple agent profiles under the same Toky account using the same email address.

  • This method is to update the email address of the existing agent to a new email address by deleting the old account.

To delete Agent profile:

  1. Login to your Toky account and go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click on Operators on the left side panel.\

  3. From the Operators drop-down, click on Agents, and it will open up the agents in your account.\

  4. Find the agent you wish to delete and click the pencil to go to their details.\

  5. Click "Delete" in the lower-left corner and confirm when asked.\

Create Agent profile:

  1. Login to your Toky account and go to your Dashboard.

  2. Click on Operators on the left side panel.\

  3. From the Operators drop-down, click on Agents, and it will open up the agents in your account.

  4. On the top right corner, click on Add Agent (

    ). This will open up a page to enter the details of the agent to create an agent profile.

  5. Enter a valid Email address and Full Name at a minimum.

  6. You can now configure the agent with the other options on the left, including their group, office hours, and other personalized settings.

  7. Once done, click Save Changes (

    ).\

  8. Upon creating and saving the new agent, an activation link will be sent to the new agent and where they can reset their password and log in.
