Before you start, you need to take into account the following points:

• The synchronization time will depend on the number of contacts you have in Insightly 📊

• Every 10 minutes a synchronization process is performed for new contacts/leads ⏱

How to Integrate with Insightly

To integrate Toky with Insightly CRM you must go to the integration settings panel do the following:

1. Login to the Toky Dashboard

2. Click on Integrations in the Help section

3. Find Insightly in the list of integrations and click on it

4. In the right pane, you will see the steps to follow to enable Insightly CRM integration with Toky.

5. Make sure you get the Insightly API Key and subdomain before starting the configuration process.

Note:

• The synchronization time will depend on the number of contacts you have in Insightly

• Every 10 minutes synchronization process is performed for new contacts/leads

• If a contact is recently added and a call is made to that contact, the call record will appear in the contact's profile at the next synchronization
