# How to enable the Insightly Integration?

**Before you start, you need to take into account the following points:**

* The synchronization time will depend on the number of contacts you have in Insightly 📊
* Every 10 minutes a synchronization process is performed for new contacts/leads ⏱

### How to Integrate with Insightly <a href="#how-to-integrate-with-insightly" id="how-to-integrate-with-insightly"></a>

To integrate Toky with Insightly CRM you must go to the [integration settings panel](https://app.toky.co/business/tools/insightly) do the following:

1. Login to the Toky **Dashboard**
2. Click on **Integrations** in the **Help** section
3. Find [**Insightly**](https://app.toky.co/business/tools/insightly) in the list of integrations and click on it
4. In the right pane, you will see the steps to follow to enable **Insightly CRM** integration with Toky.
5. Make sure you get the [Insightly API Key](https://help.toky.co/en/articles/3670794-where-can-i-find-the-insightly-api-key-required-for-the-toky-integration) and [subdomain](https://help.toky.co/en/articles/2729981-where-can-i-find-the-insightly-subdomain-required-for-the-toky-integration) before starting the configuration process.

**Note:**

* The synchronization time will depend on the number of contacts you have in Insightly
* Every 10 minutes synchronization process is performed for new contacts/leads
* If a contact is recently added and a call is made to that contact, the call record will appear in the contact's profile at the next synchronization
