# Why aren't personal email addresses accepted in Toky?

Unfortunately we don't accept personal email addresses, such as any ending in: yahoo.com, [gmail.com](http://gmail.com/) or outlook.com, among others.

Toky is fundamentally a business phone system solution, and to prevent fraud, abuse and saturation of the service, we decided to block personal email addresses in favor of offering a better product and customer support to businesses trusting our service.

To sign up to Toky, please use your business email address, such as <you@yourcompany.com>.
