How does Toky for Zoho Phonebridge works? Learn how to use Zoho Phonebridge to start voice calls with deals and contacts within Zoho CRM
Toky instant call will allow you to start calls with customers inside an Intercom conversation. To use this integration you must have:
An admin account in Toky
A paid Zoho CRM account
Zoho Phonebridge integration installed. You can learn how to enable it on this article
1. Find the call icon next to the contact or deal phone number
2. After clicking on the call icon you will see a popup with the call data and actions to hung up, mute and put the call on hold.
