In Toky you have three different alternatives to configure the working days and hours and to avoid calls at inappropriate times.
At company level
Set the business hours for your business from the Company Profile
Select Office Hours
Here you can configure your working days and times at a company level. You must select the Timezone according to your business location.
At agent level
Each agent can set their own working hours on their own account according to their country, time zone, and availability.
There you must configure your own working days and times in the My Office Hours tab.
If you are an Admin, you can set this information for any agent. You must click on Agents and next click on the Edit icon.

At virtual phone number level
Each phone number can have a set availability for the time zone and conditions of each country and city. You must click on Phone Numbers option, and click on the Edit icon

If you have problems with your business hours, you must validate that they are correctly configured. The multiple management of working hours allows an adequate coverage of the time zone of each case. Many businesses initially leave their agents and numbers with a 24 hours configuration and only set the company profile office hours**.**
