# Programmable Email

## Summary

Email is a messaging channel that allows businesses to communicate with customers through Email. With Email, businesses can quickly and easily reach a large number of customers and automate their communication processes.

## Installation

To send Email messages you will need your own custom email domain (e.g. @acme.com) and access to your email hosting provider's DNS and email forwarding settings. You will then need to install an Email channel
