# Exporting Segmented Mailings - Via Connectors

Exporting segmented mailings via a connector between Taxi and your ESP is recommended for the greatest efficiency. Taxi can add extra functionality depending on which ESP you use.\

To export via a connector:

1. Select 'Export' and select the ESP connector you want to use.
2. Under 'Segmentation' select 'Send different versions to different segments'
3. Map the versions to the segment values and select version to use as a default.\
   Anyone who doesn't meet the criteria will be sent the default version.
