# Email Design System Permissions

In Taxi, you can give users or teams access to a specific Email Design System on your account. When the user or team creates a new project they will only see the Email Design Systems that they have access to.

To set permissions for Email Design Systems:

1. Go to the Email Design Systems page
2. Select the Email Design System you want to give specific access to
3. On the Email Design System settings page select the Permissions & Sharing tab
4. Under the Permissions section tick 'Restrict users and teams from using this Email Design System\
   This will then give you the options to add users and teams
5. Click 'Add+' to give access to the user or team\
   The user or team will then appear under the headings Teams or Users

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bird.com/taxi/users-team-access-permissions-and-organisation-settings/permissions/email-design-system-permissions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
