What you'll need

  • Admin access to Google Cloud Translation AI

  • Access to Connectors in the Automate Work section in your Bird workspace

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Automate work > Connectors.

  2. Under the Marketplace tab, search for and click Google Cloud Translation AI.

  3. Click Install Google Cloud Translation AI in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Enter the connector name, client email and private key and click Install.

Next steps

Visit the “Health” tab to assess the connector’s health.

  • Data capture: This handles incoming data and events, often via webhooks. When not healthy, it typically means issues with setting up the connector's webhook endpoint.

Use Google Cloud Translation AI

Once you've successfully installed the Google Cloud Translation AI app, you can incorporate its functionalities in various areas of the platform:

Flows:

  • Purpose: Incorporate Google Cloud Translation AI actions in Flows to automate business processes, such as translate text and detect language.

  • How to access:

    1. Proceed to Flows located under Automate Work.

    2. Initiate a new flow or modify an existing one.

    3. Select Google Cloud Translation AI from the "Connector actions" dropdown to invoke a flow using Google Cloud Translation AI action.

    4. Here, you can opt for any of the actions the Google Cloud Translation AI connector supports.
