When you send to your customers on WhatsApp, or if you have shopping cart or catalog interactions switched on, customers can send you inquiries about your products and business practices.
For example, if you send you customers a product message about a cheeseburger, they might reply to you message with a question like 'How long will delivery take'?
This inquiry will be received in as a text message.
