Install SMS

What you'll need

• An SMS-capable number, purchased and activated via the Bird Numbers connector

2. Click on your name in the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Settings.

3. Click the Channels tab at the top of your screen to view the channels library.

   
4. Click SMS, then click Install SMS.

5. Under 'Select a Phone Number for this channel', choose a number from the drop-down. If you don't have a number yet, you can select Buy a number. You'll be taken to the numbers marketplace.

6. Under 'Channel name', enter a recognizable name for your SMS channel.

7. Click Install SMS by Bird.

You're done! You can now access and use your SMS channel in Inbox and Flows to send and receive messages. Design SMS message templates by going to Create content.
