Send marketing campaigns to contacts with a 'blank' subscription status

1. Go to Enable channels.

2. In the Channels list sidebar, select WhatsApp or Email.

3. From the list of installed channel instances, find the channel instance you want to enable nonsubscriber messaging for, and click the three dots on the right-hand side.

4. Click the Settings tab.

5. Under 'Manage Exclusions', click the toggle to switch it to 'Enabled'.

6. Navigate to Engage customers and follow the usual campaign creation process for sending WhatsApp campaigns or Email campaigns.

7. Send your campaign.
