Single-Sign On (SSO)
Bird CRM supports Single-Sign On (SSO) through either the OpenID or SAML SSO integration standards. Any identity provider that supports OpenID or SAML should be able to integrate with Bird CRM to provide SSO.
OpenID is the recommended option as it supports identity provider initiated login which means that users can login to Bird CRM directly from their identity provider as opposed to typing their email address into the Bird CRM login screen and then being redirected to their identity provider for login.
This is due to a limitation in the current implementation of SAML where identity provider initiated logins are not yet supported.
