# IP pools

### Create a new IP pool

1. Click **Preferences** on the sidebar.
2. In the 'Email' tab, click **IP pools**.
3. Click **Create new IP pool**.
4. Enter a name for your IP pool.
5. If this is your first time buying an IP pool, leave the 'Overflow pool' dropdown as it is, with **Shared IP Pool (Default)** selected.
6. Click **Create new IP pool**.

### Buy an IP

1. From your list of IP pools, click the three dots on the right-hand side.
2. Click **Buy an IP**.
3. Check the details, then click **Process payment**.
