Register a 10DLC brand via Bird

Quick overview and step-by-step on how to register a new 10DLC Brand via Bird's Dashboard. Please read supporting articles for details.

Brand registration costs $4 with an option for additional vetting at a cost of $40 with same day results.

  1. On the side panel, click Developer. You'll be taken to the Developer Dashboard.

  2. Under the Numbers tab, click 10DLC Compliance.

  3. Click Create new 10DLC brand.

  4. The registration is for the customer-facing brand, which is mentioned in the message content. Brand details must match the EIN registration to be successfully verified.

  5. In the 'Company Overview' section, enter the following information in the respective fields:

    • The legal name of the customer-facing company.

    • The display or DBA (Doing Business As) name that such brand uses.

    • The URL of the corporate business website. No social media websites.

  6. From the 'Business Vertical' drop-down, select the primary business vertical of your company.

  7. Click Save and continue.

  8. In the 'Company Registration section, select the following information from the respective drop-downs:

  10. In the 'Company Contact' section, enter the following information in the respective fields:

    • First name of the brand representative (Optional.)

    • Last name of the brand representative (Optional.)

    • The contact phone number of the brand representative.

    • The contact email of the brand representative.

    • The registered street address of the brand.

    • The city the brand's office is in.

    • The state or province the brand's office is in.

    • The postal code of the brand's office office.

    • The country your office is in.

  11. Click Save and continue.

  12. If you wish to submit your brand for brand vetting, click the Request brand vetting toggle to switch it on.

  13. Click Submit brand registry.
