These steps are required before toll-free number enablement for SMS and MMS sending.
Navigate to the Number section of the Manage Channels menu and select toll-Free number.
Click on the number you want to verify / register and select the compliance tab.
80% of rejections for TFN Use Case Verifications are caused by the use of non-compliant language or incomplete details of the Opt-In Workflow section. Please refer to this article and check on the examples and best practices before submititng your TFN Verification requests.
Fill in the Compliance Form and click submit. Please be attentive to the requirements, otherwise your request may be Rejected. It may take up to 7 working days for a review to take place and your Compliance tab will show an yellow warning until this process is complete.
