The Quizzes feature in Bird CRM allows you to create interactive forms to gather customer information, preferences, and responses that can trigger automated workflows or segment users into specific journeys. This feature is perfect for lead generation, customer engagement, and personalized messages through SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
Go to the BirdCRM dashboard and select the Quizzes option under the Marketing Cloud section.
Click ‘Create New Quiz’. You’ll be prompted to name your quiz and choose the type of questions you’d like to include (e.g., multiple-choice, dropdowns, text fields).
You can customize questions to gather specific data, like customer preferences or contact details.
Tip: You can create up to 10 different types of questions for maximum flexibility.
All quiz submissions are saved under Submissions within your quiz, allowing for seamless automation and integration.
You can also map submissions to custom attributes for segmentation using Flows.
Once your quiz is set up, choose the Form trigger to initiate specific actions based on customer responses.
Tip: You can set the quiz to automatically enroll users in a journey or trigger the sending of a personalized SMS.
Once your quiz is finalized, publish it and share it through landing pages, SMS, email, or WhatsApp. BirdCRM also allows you to embed quizzes directly on your website or share them via a link.
You can use the responses collected from the quiz to trigger follow-up actions, such as sending personalized SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, or Email messages.
You can also segment users into specific journeys based on their responses or add contacts to different flows within BirdCRM.
Create a Quiz that includes dropdown questions like “What emergency would you like to use?” and “When should we send this message?”
When a user submits their quiz, BirdCRM will automatically schedule and send the selected SMS message at the preferred time.
Depending on their selected responses, users can be segmented into different journeys for personalized follow-up messages.
Personalize quizzes: Tailor the quiz questions to capture relevant customer data, which you can use for segmentation and targeted campaigns.
Automate segmentation: Set up automatic workflows to segment users based on their quiz responses, so that you can send the right message to the right audience.
Monitor results: Track quiz performance and user responses to continually optimize the experience and maximize engagement.
