What are flows?

Flows are automations that enable you to automate workflows and your communication with your customers.

How do they work?

At their core, every flow works on the same principle: ‘When this happens, do that’.

Triggers and actions

Every flow starts with a trigger, which is an event that starts a flow.

Every flow must contain at least one action, which is a task that the flow will perform once it has been triggered.

By setting up a trigger, layering actions, and adding branching logic, you can create automations that are as simple or as complex as you need them to be.
